Free Spinning Event with passion studio and Fitness Home Nutrition Euromarket

FREE Spinnathon the 28th of May at the Euromarket parking lot. 3 hours of Spinning!

You can choose to spin for 1-2 or 3 hours! It will start at 11 AM in the morning and finish at 2 PM in the Afternoon!

All you need to do is book your bike in advance at the FITNESS HOME NUTRITION SHOP at the Euromarket in Mijas Costa exit Las Lagunas (you can see this from the motorway N340) you can put your name down for as long as you wish to Spin!

Limited places, so book now to avoid disappointments.

Classes and courses at our gym at Mijas Costa on the Costa del Sol include, Pilates, Zumba fitness, Zumba Gold, Gymstick, Step and Tone, Step Aerobics, Bollywood Dancing for children, Nordic Walking, Spinning and Salsa dance classes. We also offer a number of martial arts and self defence classes including Karate, Wing Chun, Un-Armed Combat, Kickboxing, and Capoeira training.
We offer the most Zumba classes on the whole coast which are taken by Annette who is a fully certified Zumba instructor with 3 Diplomas.

We also offer group classes, personal training, children's programs, events, workshops and sports massage as well as wellness and beauty treatments including wonderful facials, spray tans, pedicures and everything in between.
